How Farmsy handles reviews and how we order lists. Last revised on 21 October 2026.
Reviews
A review on Farmsy comes from a Farmsy account with a confirmed email address. You can write one review per farm and edit or delete it later.
Farmsy does not check whether you bought anything. That is why we show no "verified purchase" label.
Every customer gets the same review request. A farm cannot choose who receives a request based on satisfaction, and cannot hide or delete reviews.
We only remove reviews that break the law or our terms: abusive, discriminatory, advertising, not about the farm, or written by the farm itself or a competitor. Negative reviews stay up.
A farm that manages its listing can reply publicly. The reply always appears under the review and is marked as the farmer's reply.
Google reviews that a farm shows on its own page come from Google and are subject to Google's rules.
Paying Farmsy has no influence on reviews, ratings or the order they appear in.
How we order
On the map you see what falls within your map view. Search results are ordered by distance from your location or by how well they match your search term; we tell you which of the two.
On town and product pages, farms are listed by name, within groups per town that are ordered by number of farms.
A paid plan (Start, Grow, Pro) never gives a higher position. Paying farms are not marked and not highlighted. This is our commitment under the European P2B Regulation.
What a farm fills in itself (labelled "Managed by the farmer") takes precedence over what we have from other sources. A listing the farmer manages can therefore be more complete, not higher.
