Delete your account

You can delete your Farmsy account in either of these ways:

1. In the app or on the web (fastest). Sign in at farmsy.app or in the Farmsy app, then go to Account → Delete account and confirm. Your account and personal data are removed immediately.
2. By request.If you can't sign in, contact us through Farmsy Support and ask us to delete your account. We'll verify your request and permanently delete your data within 30 days.

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your profile — name, email address, and any date of birth or postal address you chose to add
• Your saved favourite farms and preferences
• Your subscription and access status
• Any messages you've sent through Farmsy Support

For legal and tax reasons we're required to retain a limited set of records even after your account is deleted:

• Billing and transaction records (invoices, payment amounts, dates) — kept for 7 years to comply with Dutch and EU tax law, then permanently deleted.

These records are held separately, are not used to contact you or for any other purpose, and are deleted automatically once the retention period ends.

Deleting your Farmsy account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel it in your device's subscription settings to stop future charges.
