Terms of Service

Farmsy is a directory that helps consumers find local farms and direct-to-consumer food producers in the Netherlands and Belgium. The platform is operated by Farmsy and is available at farmsy.app.

You may use Farmsy to:

• Browse and search farm listings
• Get directions to farms
• Save favourite farms (account required)
• Plan farm trips (account required)
• Claim and manage your own farm listing (subscription required)

You may not use the platform to scrape listings in bulk, republish data without attribution, or misrepresent a farm you do not own or operate.

Browsing the full farm map requires a Farmsy Premium subscription. Two options are available: a Yearly plan at €29.99 per year, or Lifetime access for a one-time €49.99 payment. All prices include VAT.

New accounts start with a 3-day free trial. Your payment method is collected when the trial begins but is not charged until the trial ends. The trial is available once per customer.

The Yearly plan renews automatically each year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your subscription page — your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Lifetime access is a single payment with no renewal.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never store your full card details. Because a free trial is provided before any charge, fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Farm data is sourced from OpenStreetMap, Foursquare, Overture Maps, Traces, and voluntary farmer submissions. We aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all listing information is up to date. Always confirm opening hours and availability directly with the farm before visiting.

Farm owners may claim their listing to update information. By claiming a listing you confirm that you are authorised to represent that business and that the information you provide is accurate.

Accounts require a Farmsy Premium subscription — both to browse the full map and for farm owners to claim and manage a listing. When you register we ask for your name, date of birth, and address so we can administer your account and billing; please keep this information accurate. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors, licensed under the Open Database Licence (ODbL). Other content on the platform is © Farmsy unless otherwise stated.

Farmsy is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform, inaccurate listing information, or unavailability of the service.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
